2016 In Review and What to Expect in 2017!
Thank you everyone that has continued to support my creative process this year, I know it’s been a challenging year for everyone. I am working on updating the website (I’m not too computer savvy and my passion is in the painting and creating more then the administrative part) and hope to have it all updated by the middle of December.
I’ve been fortunate to have been a part of four great events this year:
- Whyte Ave Art Walk – July
- Edmonton Comic Expo – September
- Make It! Edmonton – November
- Make It! Vancouver – December
It was lovely to see some of you that have been following my artistic progress and to meet new people with a passion for the Northern Lights! As some of you have seen , I’ve branched out into a few other styles that I’ve shown this year (abstracts and punny kitchen spice racks) but don’t worry! The Northern Lights will continue to be my passion.
My ETSY store was launched in November 2016, showcasing the spice racks, soon to also have abstracts and Northern Lights paintings. Which can be found here: http://etsy.me/2hvV5nG and have also joined the world of Instagram: AnggeaNouveau
Moving forward into the new year of 2017, I’m planning on taking some photography courses so I can better capture images of my paintings and expand my online presence. Also hoping to see about expanding the punny line of kitchen decor into fridge magnets (as requested by many).
So stay tuned!
